Deepak Chopra, MD FACP
Keynote: “The Future of Well-being”
Join Deepak as he creates a roadmap for “higher health,” based on the latest findings in both mainstream and alternative medicine,
» Are we in the midst of a major paradigm shift in science?
» Is there an ultimate reality?
» Does consciousness conceive, govern, construct and become the physical universe?
» Is the universe becoming self aware in the human nervous system?
» Is the next stage of human development conscious evolution?
» Do we have the ability to influence the future evolution of the cosmos?
» How does our understanding of consciousness as pure potentiality enhance our capacity for intuition, creativity, conscious choice making, healing, and the awakening of dormant potentials such as non local communication and non local sensory experience?
» How does our understanding of consciousness also enhance our capacity for total well being (physical, emotional, spiritual, social, community, financial and ecological)?
Deepak will address all these questions as well as practical ways to experience higher consciousness, transformation and healing.

Rosie Ward, Ph.D., MPH, MCHES, BCC, CIC®
Keynote: Extreme Makeover: Worksite Wellness Edition
Worksite wellness is under great scrutiny with efficacy reports and ROI claims being widely challenged. The traditional approach focused on biomedical health risk reduction is stuck in outdated paradigms and science. It is nearly impossible for people to thrive in their wellbeing in a toxic work environment. Supporting thriving wellbeing on both the organizational and employee level is not about policies and programs that support healthy lifestyles; it is about creating the conditions to shift the underlying attitudes and assumptions so both organizational and employee wellbeing can thrive. It’s time for an extreme makeover to move away from health risk reduction to creating a thriving culture – one that frees, fuels and inspires people to bring their best to work.
Dr. Rosie Ward is a consultant, professional coach and author known as a thought leader who challenges the status quo, pushes boundaries and engages people and organizations to find success through shifting old, ineffective thinking habits. She has a diverse background with over 20 years of experience promoting wellbeing, employee engagement, and transforming organizations in various settings.
