He once walked over 240 miles across the entire state of Ohio in 10 days to fulfill a promise. In less than two years, because I said I would has sent over 250,000 promise cards to over 82 different countries. The promises written on these cards have made headlines around the world. Bryce Williams, M.S., is Blue Shield of California’s Vice President of Wellbeing, responsible for thought leadership and strategic innovation focused on improving the health and wellbeing of Blue Shield’s 5,000 employees and 3.3 million members. Previously, Bryce served as Director of Wellvolution, Blue Shield’s innovative employee wellness program that has garnered national recognition for delivering market-leading engagement rates, demonstrated improvement in employee health status, and positive productivity and medical cost trends.

For almost 30 years, Dr. Wendy Lynch has been making the connection between human and business performance. Dr. Lynch was named in Forbes Online “One of thirteen unsung heroes changing health care forever.” She has applied her skills in research design and evaluation to several pivotal studies in the fields of health measurement, consumer engagement, productivity assessment and human capital management. Dr. Lynch serves as Co-Director of the Center for Consumer Choice in Health Care at the Altarum Institute and runs her own consulting firm.

Judd serves on the editorial board of the American Journal of Health Promotion and is a member of the board of directors of the National Wellness Institute. Renowned wellness author, Judd’s most recent books are Kitchen Table Talks for Wellness, Bringing Wellness Home, Wellness Leadership and Healthy Habits, Helpful Friends. He is also the author of the Lifegain Wellness Culture Survey and creator of the Wellness Connections card game. Judd has developed three online and classroom-style training tools for teaching others about wellness leadership, peer support and household support.

Sibyl is the Chief Compliance Officer for Intercare, providing compliance and consulting services regarding health plans and other employee benefits. Sibyl is a nationally recognized speaker on medical plan design trends, employee medical benefits and human resources issues. She recently presented to the Small Business Committee for the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. regarding the impact of the health reform law on small employers.

David has over 30 years of worksite health management, data analysis, health econometrics, and program evaluation experience. He has directed and conducted risk factor cost analyses for eight states and performed numerous health econometric analyses for businesses and industries.

Her team works to integrate cultural competence into the business practices of sales and account management to meet the needs of populations with language and cultural barriers when purchasing and accessing health care. She is an advocate for Kaiser Permanente’s zero health disparities model as the solution to population health management.

Gary received the “Innovator Award” – from CDHC Solutions Magazine-Employer Benefit News for his consulting work on client programs.
