Marks Seventh Win for an Intercare Exec 

SAN DIEGO, March 4, 2013 – For the seventh time, an executive at Intercare Insurance Solutions, a Hub International Company, has been named top broker by Risk & Insurance®, a leading industry trade publication. Risk & Insurance® awarded Sarice Jaehn, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and vice president at Intercare, the organization’s prestigious national designation of Power Broker®.

This individual award is given to only a handful of high-achieving employee benefits professionals around the country. Risk & Insurance’s® editorial team reviews and identifies top performing commercial insurance brokers in 24 industry sectors. Winners are selected from hundreds of nominees based on a variety of factors, including creativity in solving clients’ problems, demonstrated industry knowledge and service levels.

The recognition was given by Risk & Insurance® for Jaehn in the Employee Benefits category, for helping a specific client understand that employee benefits are an investment rather than an expense. Jaehn’s client faced significant benefits challenges, including a shrinking workforce with increased utilization and larger claims. Her solution transitioned her client from a traditional benefits platform to a consumer driven plan. In addition to saving her client more than $1.1 million in annual premium, Jaehn said her client expects the workforce’s overall health to improve.

Panel Discussion focuses on Healthcare as a Strategy Versus an Expense

MARKS FOURTH WIN FOR AN INTERCARE EXEC
